If you need your A/C fixed, I would HIGHLY  recommend calling Allgeier Air & requesting Connor! He is very intelligent,  very honest, very respectful and he doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. He has truly earned our trust & respect, I will absolutely call Allgeier for all of our HVAC needs & will certainly ask for Connor! Our A/C went out Sunday so I called Algeier Air Monday morning. They dispatched Conner Schmitt right out and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat. Connor Schmitt came out to perform a diagnostic on our conventional cooling system. The problem ended up being a failed condensing unit capacitor and gaps in the duct work. Connor was honest very honest and communicative about the issues at hand. He fixed the capacitor in a very reasonable amount of time and we opted to wait to fix the gaps in the duct work. My geothermal unit went out more than two weeks ago. I called a well-known local company to come and address the situation. They sent out a technician who said there’s nothing wrong with the unit, but there was a leak in the loop. He informed me that their company did not do those kind of repairs. I then reached out to the company who actually installed the unit, hoping they would not only be able to identify the problem, but if there was a leak in the loop, they would be able to fix that. The technician said there was no problem with the loop but the two other pieces in the unit needed to be repaired. I approve that and he replaced them, but half an hour after he left, the unit again shut down. At the suggestion of a friend, I called Allgeier. Connor was the young man that came to my home, and he arrived earlier than I expected. I explained what the other technicians had said and he got to work evaluating the situation. He was able to find the problem quickly , and he actually stayed and waited for the unit to shut down again to be sure that his assessment was correct, which it was. He took care of the problem, and when he was finished, he very carefully explained to me what made the unit shut off and what I can do to prevent that from happening anymore. He made some suggestions on some measures that I might consider taking in the future to increase the life of my geothermal unit. he was wonderful to work with Allgeier will have all my HVAC business in the future
