We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. • Conduct regular maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts promptly and accurately.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems in both residential and commercial environments.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and explaining service and maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship.
• Certification in HVAC from a recognized institution (e.g., NATE certification, EPA 608 certification for handling refrigerants).
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical HVAC systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local and national safety regulations and building codes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems effectively.
Proven track record of providing quality customer service and maintaining accurate work records.
